Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at Assystem. As a Senior Planner, you will play a critical role in leading project time evaluations, cost, and risk assessments, guiding the supply chain on planning requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
    • Lead project time evaluations, cost, and risk assessments to ensure project feasibility and viability.
    • Guide the supply chain on planning requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Controls, Reporting, and Change Management, to ensure project success.
    • Communicate project plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify opportunities to expand Assystem's network and services, and participate in business development initiatives.
    • Provide market research and analysis to support business growth and development.
  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, coordination, and control, preferably in the infrastructure and construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, including MS Excel, Primavera P6, and EVM.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
