Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on residential AV systems, including control systems, lighting, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Install and configure new AV systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of their AV systems.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in residential AV field service, with a strong background in control systems, lighting, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex AV systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Validated technical CV that covers the following areas: Control4, Lutron, Rako, Loxone, IT home networks, Cisco, Wyrestorm, Screen/Projector Lifts, Multi-room Audio, Home Cinema, Audio Visual Racks, Smart Home.
