Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Field Service Engineer to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients' residential audio visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair services on residential audio visual systems, including control systems, lighting systems, and home networks.
  • Install and configure new audio visual systems, including control systems, lighting systems, and home networks.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of audio visual systems with other smart home technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in residential audio visual installation and maintenance.
  • Expert knowledge of control systems, including Control4, Lutron, Rako, and Loxone.
  • Strong understanding of IT home networks, including Cisco and Wyrestorm.
  • Experience with screen and projector lifts, multi-room audio, and home cinema systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
