Audio Visual Residential Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced audio visual residential service engineer with a strong background in audio visual projects and systems, particularly in the high AV bespoke and MDU marketplace.

This role involves a mix of preventative service checks and updates, requiring attendance at clients' homes in London and the home counties, with occasional travel further afield.

The ideal candidate will possess technical skills including Control4, Lutron, Rako, Loxone, and Wyrestorm, as well as experience with IT home networks and digital media systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative service checks and updates at clients' homes
  • Attend to technical issues and provide solutions
  • Work with clients to understand their audio visual needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in audio visual residential service engineering
  • Strong technical skills in Control4, Lutron, Rako, Loxone, and Wyrestorm
  • Experience with IT home networks and digital media systems
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
