Job Title: AV Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Field Service Engineer to join our team at Creative Personnel. As an AV Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing audio visual systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure audio visual systems, including control systems, lighting systems, and home networks.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on existing systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of their audio visual systems.
  • Work with clients to identify and resolve technical issues with their systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the audio visual industry.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in residential audio visual installation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of control systems, lighting systems, and home networks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Control4, Lutron, Rako, Loxone, and other audio visual systems.
  • Knowledge of IT home networks and Cisco configuration.
  • Experience with screen and projector lifts, multi-room audio, and home cinema systems.
  • Knowledge of audio visual racks and smart home systems.
