We are seeking an experienced Waiting List Coordinator to join our team at ACES. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality ophthalmic care services and make a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and surgery, managing waiting lists and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our multi-professional team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and surgery using our electronic patient record system
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, patients and local services to schedule appointments
  • Support the management of waiting lists and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with clinical staff to discuss queries and take action as required
  • Ensure effective communication with patients and families
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
