Responsibilities

The Clinical Scheduling Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services by:

  • Scheduling incoming referrals with the Administration Manager
  • Liaising with MDT teams, services, and patients via phone calls to schedule appointments
  • Booking patient appointments and surgeries on the system
  • Supporting waiting list management by adding patients, scheduling appointments, and liaising with clinical staff
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Liaising with professional and clinical staff to discuss queries and take action as required
  • Responding to enquiries and offering information when requested
  • Performing general office and clerical tasks
  • Undertaking additional duties as necessary to support the smooth running of the service
  • Being the first point of contact for all telephone calls and enquiries
