Customer Service Representative

At Ocean Proximity Services Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the maritime industry is an asset.
