Job Title: Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team at WSH Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor costs, and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize resources.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety protocols, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage kitchen budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives to maintain profitability.
  • Menu Development and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, develop new menu ideas, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
