About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Manager to join our team at Dine Contract Catering in Livingston. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our onsite catering team and delivering exceptional food and service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the onsite catering team to achieve high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers, using locally sourced, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.
  • Ensure the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipment, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front of house environment.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure that their needs and contractual requirements are met.
  • Complete weekly bookwork and reports, and participate in stock taking and ordering.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager in a similar role, ideally in contract catering.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results.
  • Quality and process driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional food and service.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
