About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Manager to join our team at Dine Contract Catering in Livingston. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our onsite catering team and delivering exceptional food service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the onsite catering team to achieve high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers, using locally sourced, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.
  • Ensure the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipment, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house environment.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Complete weekly bookwork and reports, and manage stock levels and ordering.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Chef Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food service in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to engage and motivate others. You will also have experience in managing client relationships, and be quality and process driven with a focus on delivering results.
