About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Manager to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our onsite catering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the onsite catering team to achieve excellent food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
  • Ensure the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of the modern kitchen and front of house environment.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Complete weekly bookwork and reports.
  • Stock taking and ordering.
About You
  • Experienced Chef Manager in a similar role, ideally contract catering producing food and adhering to recipes and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills, able to engage and motivate others.
  • Experience in managing client relationships.
  • Quality and process driven with particular focus on delivering results.
  • IT literate (Ms Office and emails).
  • Business management within a kitchen environment.
