In this ongoing part-time or full-time role, you will provide high-quality lymphoedema therapy and associated conditions to our clients, ensuring they receive holistic care as part of our unique multi-disciplinary service. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.
About the Role
- Provide expert lymphoedema therapy and education to clients, adhering to the Australian Lymphology Association (ALA) guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues and specialist services to deliver multi-disciplinary care planning, ensuring seamless communication and comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or a related discipline.
- Completion of Lymphoedema Training Course (at least Level 1, with intention to undertake Level 2).
- Experience and skills in Lymphoedema therapy, with a strong understanding of the social model of health and sensitivity to the needs of marginalized people.
