Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Database Manager to join our team at NRS Healthcare. As a Product Database Manager, you will be responsible for managing our internal CMS systems, including PIM, Icon, and IRIS, to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Information Management
    • Manage and update product information, images, and user manuals in the PIM, Icon, and IRIS systems.
    • Liaise with commissioners and complete their requests on specific contract products and categories.
  • Supplier Communication
    • Collect relevant information from suppliers to update product descriptions, specifications, and images.
    • Communicate with suppliers via email or phone to obtain necessary information.
  • Contract Data Management
    • Work closely with the clinical team to update product information in the PIM and Icon systems for new contracts.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for new contract products.
  • Image Rendering and Formatting
    • Format images sent by suppliers for use on the IRIS site.
    • Utilize Adobe Photoshop skills to ensure high-quality image rendering.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Excellent Excel skills, including vlookups and pivots.
    • Basic knowledge of macros.
  • Soft Skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
