Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Product Database Manager to join our team at NRS Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our internal CMS systems, including PIM, Icon, and IRIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal CMS systems, ensuring that product information and images are up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with suppliers to collect relevant product information, images, and user manuals.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure that product information is clinically correct before making it live on the IRIS site.
- Manage online tasks via the PIM system, updating each stage of the product setup through an online platform.
- Upload new contract data, working closely with the clinical team to ensure that product information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Adobe suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent Excel and Word skills, including vlookups and pivots.
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
- Flexibility to work as part of a team and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
