beBee Professionals is seeking a Teacher Aide to support our teaching staff in Liverpool, United Kingdom. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and motivated.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide feedback to the teaching staff on student progress and achievement.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies and provide support to students as needed, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with administrative duties and contribute to the overall success of our school community.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students, with a commitment to promoting student learning and achievement.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required and a valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
