Job Title: Administration and Learner Support

Salary:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role

In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for ensuring booking and enquiry turnaround times meet agreed SLAs, delivering a range of customer service on-boarding tasks while providing a high-quality experience to learners and employers.

You will proactively use data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities and visualise these for key stakeholders, driving action to address them.

  • Support course administration, such as arranging pre-course reading, courseware, access to online portals, exam vouchers, and e-learning.
  • Respond promptly to learner queries and requests, meeting internal SLAs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive quality and operational excellence for learner engagement, retention, and achievement in line with business strategy and plans.
  • Report issues and themes to your line manager to improve feedback for internal customers.
About You
  • Experience in an administration and customer service role.
  • A background working with learners/students, particularly in a learner admin/service setting, is an advantage.
  • The ability to convert data into compelling BI reporting and/or analysis.
  • Previous experience in Bookings Management, Customer Service, and Administration.
