About the Job
We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our office.
As an Office Coordinator Executive, you will be responsible for managing the office, being the main point of contact for visitors, and greeting new starters.
You will also be ordering supplies on our Amazon Business account, managing the CEO's diary, and coordinating conference room bookings, meetings, and refreshments.
In addition, you will oversee the office inventory, organize management team itineraries, travel, and corporate events, and support CSR activities in Stratford and Lowestoft.
Key Responsibilities:
