About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Full-time Office Coordinator to support our division on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general administration tasks, including filing.
- Providing other ad hoc duties within the division, such as reception cover.
Requirements:
- Experience in a secretarial/admin role.
- Proficient with MS Office programs and good written English skills.
- Self-disciplined, with good time management skills.
- A team player, supportive of colleagues.
- Professional and pleasant manner.
- Excellent telephone skills.
Salary Information:
The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum.
