About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to support our customers in their own homes, providing personalized care and assistance with daily living tasks.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will work closely with our customers, their families, and our colleagues to deliver high-quality, tailored care. You will be responsible for tasks such as personal care, administering medication, light domestic duties, preparing meals and snacks, shopping, and companionship.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers, their families, and our colleagues. You will also require empathy, understanding, and patience, with a caring and compassionate nature.

We offer a competitive salary, with rates of $12.00 per hour Monday - Friday and $13.00 per hour Saturday & Sunday. We also provide mileage reimbursement, refer a friend scheme, outstanding career development opportunities, fully funded training, Blue Light care discount package, and company pension scheme.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK
  • Full driving license and use of own car
  • Shift patterns: 7am - 2pm, 4pm - 10pm
