Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Leominster area.

About the Role

Salary: Up to £16.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), ensuring you earn a fair wage for your hard work.

Location: Leominster, SOUTH & SW / T5 / Herefordshire, allowing for easy access to various clients and shift arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and companionship to clients in their own homes or residential settings.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Engaging in activities that promote physical and mental well-being, including exercise, hobbies, and social interactions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in UK caregiving within the past 3 years, showcasing your expertise and dedication to the field.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques, ensuring the safe and efficient provision of care.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, facilitating effective collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
