Shaw healthcare is a highly valued provider of care, seeking a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Waverley House in Leominster. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and provide them with the same quality of care that we would expect for our own family members.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with all those around you, ensuring family and friends feel welcomed, health care professionals are kept well-informed, and your Line Manager is up to speed with residents' needs and progress. A key aspect of this role is flexibility, patience, caring, organisation, and exceptional communication skills.

We are committed to making sure your salary is significantly more than the Government National Minimum Wage. You can expect a competitive hourly rate of £12.52 per hour. We also offer flexible working arrangements to secure your work-life balance. As a Senior Support Worker, you'll have previous experience working with older people in residential care and will need to complete or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
