Role Summary: As a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction at Blundells. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments for our Mortgage Advisor and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate and book valuations for properties.
  2. Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  3. Negotiate offers and agreements with clients.
  4. Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
  5. Schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor.
  6. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and contribute to sales growth.

Requirements: To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales and lead generation. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and adapt to changing circumstances will be essential in achieving success in this role.
