At CV Library, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year for the position of Production Scientist in R&D/Manufacturing. This role supports manufacturing processes for innovative reagents used in R&D and external pilot studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage manufacturing processes, including raw material receipt and quality control.
  • Manufacture a range of reagents for R&D and external studies.
  • Design and conduct stability trials and quality control tests.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to transfer projects from development to manufacturing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field.
  • Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, preferably within a science-based company.
  • Proficiency in working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems and standards like ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or dispensing processes.
  • Familiarity with quality control testing methods.
