We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Scientist to join our R&D/Manufacturing department. This key role plays a vital part in producing high-quality reagents for internal use and external pilot studies, while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project transfers from development to manufacturing.

As a successful candidate, you'll bring a strong scientific background, preferably with experience in laboratory or manufacturing environments within a science-driven organization. Key skills include proficiency in maintaining accurate records, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire production process, including raw material receipt and quality control.
  • Manufacture various reagents for both R&D and external studies.
  • Conduct stability trials and quality control tests, leveraging expertise to optimize results.
  • Closely collaborate with R&D teams to transfer projects efficiently from development to manufacturing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting, preferably within a science-based company.
  • Proficiency in working with SOPs and maintaining precise records.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and standards like ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or dispensing processes, ideally with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Adequate knowledge of quality control testing methods and protocols.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
