Process Development and Manufacturing Technician

Your duties will include designing and optimizing process flows, selecting and implementing new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. You will also be involved in training and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail. You will also need excellent communication and teamwork abilities, as well as IT literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
The salary for this position is £30,000 plus shift allowance of £10,392, making the total annual salary £40,392, plus bonus and merit review opportunities. The flexible shift pattern offers 42 hours of work per week on average, providing a great work-life balance.
