Artemis Human Capital is a leading recruitment agency specializing in staffing solutions for top consultancies. Our client, a renowned consultancy based in Belfast, is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join their team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Bid Manager to oversee the development of high-quality proposals and tenders. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, experience in managing multiple projects, and strong communication abilities. This role involves coordinating with Directors and Consultant teams to prepare and submit bids within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily tender submissions: Circulate new opportunities to Directors
* Tender management: List/programming all tender submissions monthly for Directors
* Maintaining records: Record tenders lodged, fees, outcome etc
* Preparing documents: Prepare, obtain and co-ordinate all information required from Consultant teams/Directors & complete tender applications
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
