About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our Gas Product Testing team in a Permanent capacity. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting test work on a range of gas products and fittings to ensure they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of gas products and fittings to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and premier customer service.
  • Collaborate with the calibration department to ensure the maintenance and use of correct equipment for testing.
  • Produce high-quality test reports and project status reports as requested.
  • Identify and escalate any issues that impact testing performance or quality of results.
Requirements:
  • Qualification to HNC/HND level in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience in a test environment.
  • Good level of computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience with gas-related products gained within a regulatory/certification setting such as product certification or product manufacturing.
