About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our Gas Product Testing team in a permanent capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting test work on a range of gas products and fittings to ensure they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of gas products and fittings to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and provide expert advice on test results.
  • Develop and maintain quality test reports and project status updates to facilitate premier customer service.
  • Collaborate with the calibration department to ensure the maintenance and use of correct equipment for testing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory and office environment, adhering to quality and safety procedures.
  • Identify and escalate any issues that may impact test results or performance.
Requirements
  • Hold a qualification to HNC/HND level in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience in a test environment.
  • possess a good level of computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working with gas-related products in a regulatory or certification setting, such as product certification or manufacturing.
