Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and OD, with a focus on strategic initiatives such as employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with key divisional leadership teams to drive forward these initiatives and provide senior HR support to business leaders. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing strategic HR plans to support business objectives
* Providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on HR-related matters
* Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement organizational change initiatives
* Analyzing workforce data to inform strategic decisions

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Member CIPD qualification, CIPD Level 7, and significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organizations with unions. They will also have experience of strategic HR and OD, including engagement, org design, workforce planning, senior recruitment, and coaching/advising senior leaders. In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £39-49 per hour, with a minimum of 3 days on-site work in Bournemouth.
