We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the independent retail and wholesale markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual targets and grow our portfolio of food packaging products.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and new product developments to maximize profitability.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the food packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food packaging and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
