Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Services Operations Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our North CMHT, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing care plans, assessing and monitoring risk, and maintaining a valid DBS.

About the Role:
  • Salary: £27 per hour
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care services to our clients. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Formulate and implement care plans that meet the needs of our clients
  2. Assess and monitor risk to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff
  3. Maintain a valid enhanced DBS
