We are seeking a Sales and Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at The Fuel Store Ltd, where you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services across the fleet management industry.

About the Role:

  • Fleet Sales Expertise: Engage in persuasive communication to promote our solutions to fleet operators, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored product offerings.
  • Account Management: Nurture and manage secured accounts during the early life management cycle, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within the oil/gas/energy or fuel industries.

  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
