Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to join the Sustainability Team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, while completing the Level 3 Junior Energy Manager Apprenticeship. The successful applicant will work within a dynamic team of energy and sustainability professionals, contributing to the trust's ambitious net zero targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Data collection, analysis, and reporting, presenting data in a clear and attractive format.
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of plans to improve the carbon footprint of the trust.
  • Completing internal energy audits, surveys, and checks on energy monitoring.
  • Assisting in reviewing policies and practices in light of new or changing regulations, best practice, and trust policy.
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of awareness days, behavior change campaigns, and presentations to staff about best practice.
