About the Role

The primary function of the Engineering department is to produce design packages for mechanical and electrical systems to enable successful installation, commissioning, operation, and service of power generation and Combined Heat & Power Plants. This role involves providing input and support throughout the project life cycle, from concept to service.

Role and Responsibilities

This role involves identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with industrial processes, particularly within power generation and energy systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed hazard and operability studies (HAZOP) and failure mode and effect analyses (FMEA) to identify potential safety hazards
  • Developing and maintaining robust process safety management systems
  • Leading investigations of process safety incidents and recommending corrective and preventive actions
  • Performing regular process safety audits and inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations

About You

We are looking for an experienced process safety engineer to join our team. If you have a strong background in process safety engineering, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, we encourage you to apply.
