We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist/Host to join our award-winning Porsche Centre in Perth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests with a warm and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Support sales VIP events with hosting, organizing catering, equipment, and more
  • Coordinate bookings and set up meeting rooms
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

  • Update and manage the front of house calendar/diary
  • Provide dealership support and administration as needed

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
