Contract Manager

Are you an organised and detail-focused professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at Dalkia UK.
About the RoleThis is a 37.5 hour contract covering Monday to Friday, with a salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum based on location and experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently dealing with Operations, from scheduling of jobs through to invoicing in a timely manner. This will involve assisting in proactive planning of works to ensure completion within scheduled completion date, as well as monthly reporting on contracts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain excellent client relationships, contract and client records. They will also be able to operate the Dalkia "CPA" system to raise purchase orders, timesheet entries and invoice queries in line with Dalkia policies.

- Maintain excellent client relationships, contract and client records
