We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to provide one-to-one support to children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification and experience working with SEN/SEMH.

The role involves working with children in a tuition capacity, providing educational sessions face-to-face, and ensuring resources are tailored to meet each child's needs. This may include developing their learning in Maths and English, as well as managing and implementing behaviour strategies.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or at least two years of teaching experience)
  • Experience working with SEN/SEMH
  • Able to assess and plan tuition sessions
  • Enthusiastic, engaging, and resilient

Desirable skills include experience working with children in a tuition capacity, working with challenging behaviour, and a good understanding of Special Educational Needs or a willingness to learn.
