About the Role

  • Optimize sales and individual customer purchases to drive business growth
  • Engage customers through first-class customer service, building strong relationships and loyalty
  • Operate till and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling, working collaboratively with the team
  • Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, upholding our high standards
  • Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Responsible for Health and Safety, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and colleagues

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging personality, with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • High motivation and a drive to succeed, with a willingness to adapt to frequent change
  • A proven ability to work well within a team, using your own initiative to achieve goals
  • Ability to adapt to a high-pressure environment, working hard and smart to meet targets
  • Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable
  • Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion, with a passion for our products

Contracted Hours and Pay Rates

A minimum of 5 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours and flexibility required, especially during peak trading periods

£11.63 per hour, regardless of age
