Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team of Tenancy Support Workers in Chesterfield North East and Bolsover. As a key worker, you will work with individuals to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness while promoting positive and healthy lifestyles.

Responsibilities
  • Work with individuals experiencing mental health issues in supported living settings and the community to build confidence and daily living skills.
  • Maintain tenancies and prevent homelessness through proactive support and decision-making.
  • Promote positive and healthy lifestyles, assisting individuals in developing the skills needed for independent living.
Requirements

You should be proactive and capable of making decisions that support individuals in achieving positive outcomes. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes optional overtime and a refer-a-friend bonus scheme.
