This is an exciting time to join the business, having recently invested substantially in modernizing its flagship mill. As a director, you will be a key figurehead, driving vision and influence across the UK and France, overseeing all operations, and ensuring sites operate to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Motivate, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistency and quality of products.

Collaborate with the Sales Director to achieve sales forecasts through effective planning.

Manage site costs and stock variances within budget.

Lead capital, innovation, and change projects within company sites, including managing the 5-year capital investment plan.

Develop and champion sustainability plans.

Ensure high-standard audits are completed.

Lead compliance professionals supporting site leaders in maintaining Health & Safety and Environmental compliance.

Essential Criteria:

A proven track record in leading large teams, influencing change, and improving results.

A strong understanding of HSE and working to hygiene, FEMAS, and ISO protocols.

A passion for taking manufacturing facilities to the next level.

Collaborative and strong communication skills, with the ability to stimulate employees, teams, and departments, fostering esteem, loyalty, and confidence.

Superior networking and negotiation skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The remuneration package also includes becoming a shareholder, company car allowance, private healthcare, and an employee assistance scheme.
