Executive Culinary Specialist

We are currently recruiting a skilled Executive Culinary Specialist to help create exceptional food experiences on a part-time basis.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Food Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Culinary Leadership: Oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
- Menu Development: Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts, representing 14Forty and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Kitchen Management: Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
- Possession of City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
- Experience supervising a team and experience in a similar role.
- Holding a Food Hygiene certificate.
- Flexible approach to working.
As part of Compass, you will help feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
