About the Job:

As a home support practitioner with Fuchsia Homecare Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, household tasks, and providing emotional support to our service users.

Your Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our service users
- Assist with household tasks, such as laundry, cooking, and cleaning
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individuals under your care
