About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Manager to join our successful team in Dartford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized lettings expertise and advice to customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Manage your own business, focusing on profitability and business development.
  • Motivate and inspire your team, leading morning meetings and coaching sessions to drive performance.
  • Successfully list targeted properties, advising and supporting landlords and tenants to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions and develop a reputation as a local market expert.
  • Collaborate with your team to download new properties and agree on a strategy to match potential tenants.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in running a successful lettings business.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Drive, determination, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Full driving license.
