We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our successful and busy Dartford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a well-respected brand and enjoy a competitive package, including a car or car allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for your own business, driving profitability and business development.
  • You will motivate and inspire your team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • You will successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our Landlords and Tenants to achieve the best possible outcome and price.
  • You will stay ahead of current market conditions, developing a reputation as a local market expert.
  • You will work closely with your team to download new properties and agree a suitable strategy to match potential tenants.
Requirements
  • You will have a proven track record in running a successful lettings business.
  • You will have a genuine passion for property and helping clients achieve the best price for their property.
  • You will need a full driving license.
The Package

Basic Salary: £29,750-£31,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)

On Target Earnings: £50,000 to £55,000 (Uncapped) + £4,000 Car Allowance

Workdays / Hours: 5 days per week plus Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

  • 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
  • 9am - 5pm (Saturday)
