Senior Lettings Manager - Residential Lettings

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Lettings Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth in the residential lettings sector.

The Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their property needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
  • Manage your own business, focusing on profitability and business development to drive growth and success.
  • Motivate and inspire your team, leading by example and providing coaching and guidance to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Successfully list and let properties, advising landlords on the best pricing and service strategies to achieve maximum returns.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and conditions, developing a reputation as a local expert in the field.
  • Work closely with your team to download new properties and agree on strategies to match potential tenants.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in lettings, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Drive and determination, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Full driving license required.
Package:
  • Basic Salary: £29,750 - £31,000 (Plus additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £50,000 - £60,000 (Uncapped) + £3,500 Car Allowance or Company Car
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
  • Additional Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Phone Allowance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme, Paid entry fees for charitable events
