About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our successful team in Dartford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring maximum exposure and rental income.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lettings and property management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market.
  • Full driving license.
