About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Employal. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, managing the sales process from start to finish, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound inquiries and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the sales process, including negotiating prices with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Provide product information and advise customers on packages and benefits
  • Liaise with multiple departments and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and delivery
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service and sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Confident handling phone calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate prices
