Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our Management team at our Bognor resort. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the public areas, including team management, rotas, and general activities, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and health & safety policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the infrastructure, maintenance, grounds & gardens across the Bognor resort.
- Coordinate and control to deliver a prompt, efficient and high-quality service.
- Oversee all team activities within the department, including recruitment, performance, and team development.
- Regularly meet with internal customers to help plan and prioritise work, responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with strong operational experience, a credible background in a similar M&E infrastructure environment, and the ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of high demand. You should have knowledge and experience in electrical, gas and water systems in relation to maintenance and adherence to current legislation, as well as a good overall Mechanical and Electrical understanding.
You will also need to have strong leadership skills, be confident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results for our teams and guests every day, and have IT skills including experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with a knowledge of facilities management software.
