Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our Management team at our Bognor resort. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the public areas, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the infrastructure, maintenance, grounds, and gardens across the Bognor resort.
- Oversee the management of internal teams and external service providers to ensure planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards.
- Ensure the resort complies with all current statutory legislations and implement processes to improve efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and engage your team to deliver exceptional results for our guests.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong operational background in a similar M&E infrastructure environment. You should have a credible background in electrical, gas, and water systems, with knowledge of current legislation and good overall Mechanical and Electrical understanding.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills to inspire your team to deliver amazing results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Flexible approach to shift patterns, including 24/7 coverage.
- IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with a knowledge of facilities management software.
